Spacious room and excellent Coin & Candor food, but renovations made it a bit noisy.

I had a lovely two-night stay! The spa was beautifully designed and relaxing, and the food at Coin & Candor was absolutely delicious. Plus, our room felt spacious and was always impeccably clean.

The Four Seasons has a beautiful atmosphere and exceptional service that makes it feel like a luxurious getaway, although some areas showed signs of aging. The food was hit or miss, with room service disappointing on a couple of occasions, but overall, it still feels like a delightful retreat.

Had a great time at this Four Seasons! The food at Coin & Candor blew me away. Both taste and presentation were on point. The staff really stood out. they were always cheerful and ready to help. Valet service was smooth, with the valets being particularly friendly. I enjoyed the spa treatments too. my massage was top-notch. However, the television in my room felt outdated, giving off a poor quality picture. Also, I noticed a slight delay in service at the pool area. I had to wave down staff multiple times just to get my drinks refilled, which was frustrating when you’re trying to relax. Still, the room was spacious and clean, with a lovely view. It's a beautiful property, but some updates are definitely needed.

The spacious room with a waterfall view made our stay very enjoyable as we appreciated the design and comfort while relaxing together as a family. The pet-friendly atmosphere was a huge plus since we got to bring our little puppy along who absolutely loved watching the scenery from the window.

However the noise from the nearby events was a bit distracting at night.

I truly appreciated how easily accessible the Westlake Village Community Park was for a relaxing stroll, and the nearby Promenade at Westlake offered a vibrant atmosphere for family-friendly dining and shopping, making our stay feel both convenient and enjoyable. The hotel is perfect for families as it features excellent amenities like a kid-friendly swimming pool and game rooms, ensuring a delightful environment for everyone while exploring the area.

The dining experience at Coin & Candor was top-notch, with flavors that had me coming back for seconds! Plus, the staff was a total delight—always ready to help with a smile. The spa was another highlight, perfect for unwinding after my culinary explorations.

Now, don't get me wrong, the vibe is great, but that big screen TV looked like it came straight out of the 90s! It's a minor hiccup, but c'mon, for a five-star stay, let’s update those tech toys.
